Bookings and Payment

• A booking will not be confirmed unless a deposit of 50% is received, full and final payment must be received a day before or on the day of arrival
• Proof of payment must be forwarded to the contact details supplied
• Cancelation Policies
  • Less than 7 days, 100% deposit
  • From 7 to 14 days, 75% of deposit
  • From 14 to 21 days, 50% of deposit
  • From 21 to 28 days, 25% of deposit
  • 29 days or more, 10% of deposit

Operating Policies

• Afrique Boutique Hotel nor any of its employees accept responsibility for loss or damage by whatsoever cause to private Property.
• All damage to the buildings, linen, operating equipment and furniture of The Self Catering Unit will be charged directly to the clients main account.
• Afrique Boutique Hotel does not accept responsibility for any losses or inconvenience due to power failures or any acts of nature.
